- In the upcoming 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup, a total of ten teams will be participating, mirroring the team count from the 2019 edition. The tournament will adopt a format reminiscent of the 1992 and 2019 cricket world cups, featuring a round-robin style of play. Under this format, each team will face off against all the other teams in a randomized order.
